Hello friends,
Is there some one who can guide me with higher studies and career guidance ?

I'm soon planning to join for mba in UK.
Im confused between specialisations.
Is mba in international fashion management(Coventry y university London campus) a good course ? Is it worth spending for ? Does it have any scope ? Will I be limited to just fashion industry ?
I don't know anything about designing. I'm looking into management side.

I had done my bachelor's in business management.

Or should I go for something like mba in global business or something else ?

Please guide me..

P.s. dear admin,I don't know if it's out of topic.but I need some urgent help for this.

Thanks in advance.

Hi
Choosing the PG course is completely depending on your career goals. As you'd like to enter into management and already you did bachelors in business management the better option is to choose the most relevant specialisations which have more scope such as international MBA, Innovation Management / Entrepreneurship, Finance, Accounting and marketing. MBA in Fashion management also has good scope but less when compare to others.

Hi there,

I have got an admission at Kent business School. Just wanted to know more about Cantebury, and about living expenses and part time jobs there. Also how is the course at Kent business school?

I had an awful experience with London School of Business and Finance (LSBF). They pressurized me into a signing up which then left me without any options. They were where very unhelpful after paying the hefty £1,500 deposit, which hardly any other other schools require.

Oxford 9and Cambridge) aren't actually ranked that high - you want to look for a Business School ranking. Most of the London ones are pretty good, and Imperial College have a relatively new Business School which I think is pretty good and they're pumping a lot of money into.

That's not correct. MBA is only 2 years in the USA, in the UK it is usually one year.

Well. It a very good university.however, I don;t know about its MBA program. Only thing I would would say that look for MBA and not MSc in Management. MOst universities in UK MSc in management. These are good degrees but then they are not MBA. MBA is generally 2 yrs and MSc is one year. MBA s can be costly too. They are generally costlier than doing a MSc in science/technology. I can't tell you the right figure. Best to check individual websites. Some universities which do MBA are Oxford, Strathclyde in Scotland. I am sure there are others but I am not into management so I leave ot to others to answer or you can find them on the web.
