| Entry Requirements | 1st or 2nd class UK honours degree, or equivalent, in a relevant discipline. Our normal minimum requirement is a TOEFL score of 580 (paper test) or 237 (computer test), essay rating 4.5 or 92 (Internet test), all skills 19 or an IELTS 6.5 with 6.0 for writing, a TOEIC overall score of 830, or a Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English grade C or Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English grade C. | |||

| The need for organisations to co-ordinate and manage their assets is greater than ever, particularly in the area of clinical research. Growing competition, changing customer requirements and rapid economic changes mean that organisational knowledge and operations management is becoming increasingly important in business. Our unique Clinical Research Management MSc has been designed to equip students who have an interest in the health sector with the knowledge, skills and experience to maximise their potential in future roles. The course brings together expertise from different industries which can be applied to the health sector. Course Structure Our Clinical Research Management MSc is part of the Clinical Research Programme and is divided into three parts: • a formal taught component comprising eight modules • a group project • an individual research project Modules: • Translation of New Medicinal Products into the Clinic • Research Design and Methodology • Statistical Analysis and Interpretation • Research Governance and Ethics • Organisational Knowledge Management • Enterprise Modelling • Business Management and Health Economics • Business Principles |
