Information Governance and Assurance (IGA) |
| Information Governance is a key area in any organisation and the link to security and long term preservation of important information assets has become increasingly evident. This Masters course includes modules in Law, Compliance and Ethics, Records Management, Information Assurance and allows learners to choose electives from other departmental specialisms. For existing practitioners, IGA offers an opportunity to specialise in governance and assurance. For those in related disciplines, this could provide the avenue for interdisciplinary progression in the workplace and for those new to information, a route to use their existing knowledge and skills in a new and evolving arena. |
