“The experience gained on the course prepares the student for the ‘real world’ and puts them higher on the potential employment ladder. The curriculum is engaging, challenging and balanced allowing each student room for personal creative growth but at the same time within the context of the commercial world with strong links to manufacturing and professional design practices. This approach is to be applauded and encouraged as it will continue to deliver innovative and relevant industrial designers. In addition to this the course continues to expose students to the international Ceramic Design arena and long may they continue to travel and exhibit at key Trade Fairs such as Frankfurt Ambiente, Tendence and the NEC Spring Fair”.
