The School of Management and Languages at Heriot-Watt University has offered a postgraduate programme in interpreting and translating since 1994 in order to meet the growing need for professionally trained interpreters and translators.

The programme is designed to provide students with a platform for working as an interpreter and/or translator in a variety of professional contexts.
