How long is a Masters degree in Poland

Masters programmes in Poland are generally two years in length. If you’re an EU/EEA national, you won’t have to pay any tuition fees at a public university in Poland. Other international students usually have to pay fees, which average at €2,000 per year for a normal Masters in a Polish public university. Meanwhile, private universities are free to set their own fees, which are generally €2,000 to €6,000 per year.

Are Polish Masters degrees taught in English?

Although the primary language of instruction in Poland is Polish, many Masters programmes are taught entirely in English.

Will I need a visa to study a Masters in Poland?

If you’re an EU/EEA national, you won’t need a visa to study in Poland. However, you will need to apply for a residence permit once you’ve arrived in the country (EU/EEA citizens can only stay in Poland for 91 days without a permit, and your Masters will last longer than this). If you’re not an EU/EEA national, you’ll need to apply for a visa before you arrive in Poland. As this student visa will only be valid for 12 months, you’ll probably also need to apply for a residence permit at some point.
