1)IS the msc the same as the postgraduate certificate?which oh the two is more powerful?
2) I have a certificate in teching in Greece. Can i apply for a postgraduate certificate in education in a uk university or the only option for me is the msc?

1. A post grad cert usually involves fewer modules than a postgrad diploma. A Masters will usually have the same number of modules as the diploma, but with the addition of having written a dissertation.
2. I'm afraid I don't know, sorry. Probably.
